Soroborno.com is governed by a Board of Directors, headed by a Chairman and supported by other Directors. The Board oversees financial management and investments but does not interfere in editorial or policy matters.
Editorial policymaking rests solely with the Editor, who is appointed by the Board of Directors.
The Editor is the head of all news, multimedia, and editorial units. They are assisted by the Joint News Editor and Sub-Editors for both the Bangla and English sections.
An Editorial Board, comprising the Joint Editor and Sub-Editors, develops editorials under the guidance of the Editor.
Operational management is led by the Director, Operations, while Finance and Administration are supervised by the Director, Finance & Admin. The Finance Manager oversees accounting, and the HR team recruits passionate individuals who share our vision.
Soroborno.com operates under a structured policy aligned with its objectives and values. Major editorial and organizational decisions are taken in weekly meetings led by the Editor, involving the Joint Editor, reporters, and sub-editors — usually held on Saturdays.

Currently, 8 female staff members contribute actively across different shifts. They are entitled to four months of maternity leave.
